Pricing, Shipping and Import Charges
All prices displayed on our website are net prices, excluding VAT, GST and sales tax. Shipping is charged separately.
Wheel prices are per individual wheel. Select four for a complete set. Included customisation options and optional upgrades are detailed on each product page.
Flat-Rate Shipping
Our standard shipping rates are:
- By Sea: €420
- Air Freight: €880

Import Duties & Customs Clearance Fees
Applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are included for deliveries to:
- All 27 European Union member states
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
This arrangement applies when you select our standard By Sea or Air Freight shipping service and we arrange delivery.
Included import duties and customs clearance fees do not mean VAT, GST or sales tax is included.
VAT, GST & Sales Tax
VAT, GST and sales tax are forms of tax on purchases. The name, rate and collection method depend on the delivery destination.
Our displayed prices exclude these taxes. Icons Reimagined does not calculate or confirm your local tax obligations.
Before ordering, check applicable taxes with your local customs or tax authority. Any applicable taxes not included in your order are payable by you.
These taxes are separate from import duties and customs clearance fees.
Other Local Charges
Additional destination charges may apply, such as storage, inspection or carrier handling fees.
Customers are responsible for checking and paying charges not included in their order. This does not change the import duties and customs clearance fees included for eligible shipments described above.
Deliveries to Other Countries
For destinations outside the list above, import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes are not included.
Please check applicable charges with your local customs authority and carrier before ordering. These charges are payable by you.
Shipping for Split Payments
You can pay for a four-wheel set across two checkouts:
- Purchase two wheels and select “For Deposits or Shipping Only – No Shipping Added” for your first payment.
- When your wheels are ready, purchase the remaining two wheels and select By Sea or Air Freight.
“No Shipping Added” does not mean free delivery. Shipping is paid at the second checkout.
Your complete set is dispatched after the remaining payment and shipping charge have been received. Use the same email address for both checkouts and send us your first order number so we can connect the payments.
For different front and rear specifications, contact us before ordering to arrange the split payment.
Custom Shipping Arrangements
If you use your own freight forwarder or arrange collection, our standard shipping rates and included-duty arrangement may not apply.
