Welcome to Icons Reimagined. This page explains how ordering and payment work, as well as the timelines, shipping options, and responsibilities that come with purchasing our wheels.
1. Production Lead Times
Every wheel is built-to-order with precision and care. Production times begin only after the full or first payment has been received in our account, not from the day you make the transfer.
- 2-piece wheels: 35–45 working days
- 3-piece wheels: 45–55 working days
Note: International bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to arrive. Please factor this into your project timeline.
2. Payment Options
We offer two ways to complete your purchase:
Credit Card (One-Time Payment)
This option allows you to pay the full amount immediately at checkout using your credit card.
Invoice (Multiple payment options)
Select this option at checkout if:
- You need an official company invoice
- You want a flexible payment plan
We offer the option to split your payment into two parts:
- 50% upfront
- 50% + shipping when your wheels are ready to ship
Just choose Invoice during checkout and we’ll follow up with instructions.
Note: All transaction/banking fees must be covered by the customer. Please ensure the full order total reaches our account.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship wheels worldwide. Once your wheels are complete and the final payment has been received, delivery timelines are as follows:
- By air: up to 14 days
- By sea: up to 60 days
We will provide tracking details once your wheels leave our facility.
4. Warranty Coverage
All Icons Reimagined wheels come with a warranty. Please read our full warranty policy here: Limited Warranty
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because each set is custom-built to your exact specifications, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately after placing it.
6. Responsibility
Icons Reimagined is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by banking transfer timelines
- Shipping delays due to customs or global carrier issues
- Additional duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable in your country)
