For 2-Piece and 3-Piece Forged Wheels

1. Warranty Overview

At Icons Reimagined, we stand behind the craftsmanship and integrity of our forged wheels.

Appearance Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of manufacture against defects in the original finish and surface appearance.

Structural Warranty

Our 2-piece and 3-piece forged wheels carry a 3-year limited structural warranty from the date of manufacture, covering material and manufacturing defects under normal road use.

2. Warranty Conditions and Limitations

A. Installation Checks & Warranty Claims

Before mounting tyres, have a qualified installer check wheel specifications, load rating, fitment, clearance, visible condition, balance and runout.

If anything is incorrect, damaged or outside tolerance, stop installation and contact Icons Reimagined with your order number, photographs and relevant measurements. Do not modify or repair the wheel before we have reviewed the issue.

Mounting tyres or installing the wheels does not automatically void the warranty. Material or manufacturing defects discovered during normal use may still be covered within the applicable warranty period.

If you suspect a structural defect, stop using the affected wheel and contact us promptly. Continuing installation or use after identifying a problem may affect coverage for resulting damage.

B. Care & Maintenance

  • Clean wheels only when cool.

  • Use mild soap and water.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive products.

Damage or corrosion caused by improper cleaning or maintenance is not covered by the appearance warranty.

C. Modifications & Excluded Damage

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Incorrect fitment or improper installation.

  • Altering the bolt pattern, offset or centre bore.

  • Using adapters or spacers to change the bolt pattern or offset.

  • Refinishing, repainting or unauthorised repairs.

  • Improper maintenance.

  • Accidents, potholes or other impacts.

These exclusions do not automatically invalidate a claim for an unrelated material or manufacturing defect.

D. Intended Use

This warranty covers normal road and highway use. Damage resulting from track use, off-roading, racing or competitive driving is excluded.

3. Making a Claim

Contact Icons Reimagined with your order number, a description of the issue, photographs and any relevant inspection findings.

We may request further information or an inspection to assess coverage and the appropriate remedy. Contact us before arranging repairs or returning a wheel.

If you are unsure about installation or care, consult a qualified wheel installer or technician.

This warranty does not affect your applicable statutory consumer rights.
