That's why we've developed a transparent pricing structure that includes applicable import duties and customs clearance fees for many of our key markets.
Import Duties Included in Our Prices
For customers in our main markets, applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are already included in our listed product prices.
This arrangement applies to deliveries to:
- All 27 European Union member states
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
What does this mean for you?
When you choose our standard shipping services and we arrange delivery, you don't need to budget separately for the import duties and customs clearance fees covered by our arrangement.
There is one important distinction: our displayed prices are net prices, excluding VAT and sales tax. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is additional.
Shipping: Choose What Works for You
Every order is different. That's why we offer two standard international shipping options:
- By Sea – A cost-effective solution for customers who are comfortable with a longer delivery time.
- Air Freight – A faster shipping option for customers who prefer to receive their wheels sooner.
Shipping is charged separately from the listed product price. You can view the available shipping charge when selecting your delivery method at checkout.
Both standard shipping methods qualify for our included import duties and customs clearance arrangement in the eligible markets listed above, provided we arrange the delivery.
What About VAT and Sales Tax?
Import duties and VAT or sales tax are not the same thing.
While applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are included for eligible orders, VAT and sales tax are not included in our displayed product prices.
The applicable tax treatment depends on your destination and purchase circumstances.

If you arrange your own freight, organise collection or request a custom shipping solution, our standard included-duty arrangement may no longer apply.
